[Photography] The World Trade Center and CoEx Mall

Hey,

We (Sergey, Artem and Me) decided to spend our last weekend at the World Trade Cente, Seoul and the CoEx mall area. Its a beautifully constructed building with a step-step shape. The pic below is and HDR image of the world trade center. Click on it to view a bigger version.

The world trade center - Seoul

The building on the left that you see in the above pic is the CoEx Mall. This is a gargantuan mall and is the biggest one i have ever been in. Our target was to visit a Korea Technology Exhibition as Korea is undoubtedly one of the leaders in Electronics and IT. At the exhibition I saw many interesting things. Humanoid Robots (which look like humans), Pet robots and other types of machines, paper display (you can fold it like a paper and keep it in your bag after use as a monitor or sth like that), 3-D TV (the display is 3 Dimensional and you DONT need any extra 3d glasses to view it), Car giving out water instead of the usual pollutants, Robotic Arm, Next generation trains etc. etc. There is a beautiful garden outside CoEx mall and after strolling thru it, we decided to go to a nearby Buddhist temple called Bogyeongsa Temple. Due to full moon there was a ceremony that was going on in the temple attended by 100s of buddhists. There were drums, combined prayers, chantings and many other things that I could not quite comprehend. ๐Ÿ™‚

All in all a quite hectic but wonderful day ๐Ÿ™‚

Have uploaded the pictures in the following location. Check them out..

All the best to those who are having your exams in IIIT ๐Ÿ™‚
